• Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.​

• Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or any worn or damaged items.​

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact.crownedcurvesllc@gmail.com. You’ll receive a return authorization and further instructions.​

• Refund Options: Returns can be refunded as store credit or to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

• Exchanges: Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange items, subject to availability. Simply contact us to arrange the exchange.
